Aura is strictly 925 Sterling Silver. We do not use brass or copper alloys disguised as jewelry. Each piece is BIS hallmarked to guarantee purity. While the base is solid silver, we finish our pieces with high-quality Rhodium or Vermeil Gold plating to give them that "heirloom" look and delay tarnishing.

All genuine silver reacts to air over time—it is the nature of the metal. However, our high-quality anti-tarnish plating slows this process significantly. To keep your Aura shining, store it in the provided pouch away from water, moisture and perfumes when not in use.

Absolutely! Every Aura piece arrives in our signature packaging—a jewelry box and a premium soft protective pouch, accompanied by a care card. It looks and feels like a luxury gift the moment it arrives.

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the piece has been dispatched, we cannot alter it.

Currently, we ship primarily within India. For international inquiries, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Email, and we can arrange a special shipment for you (shipping charges will apply).

We want you to be completely in love with your Aura. If you change your mind or want a different look, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window on standard items (excluding sale and custom-made pieces) starting from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

While we inspect every piece before it leaves our studio, accidents can happen during transit. If you receive a defective or damaged piece, we offer a free replacement.

Important: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: Please share an unboxing video clearly showing the defect/damage. This allows us to instantly validate your claim and process your replacement without delay.
