Welcome to Aura by Noureraya™. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and purchasing products from Aura by Noureraya™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User/Customer) and Aura by Noureraya.

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • In accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, you must be at least 18 years of age to use this site.

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to revise prices at any time due to fluctuations in the cost of raw materials (Silver/Gemstones) or changes in government taxes.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via Razorpay, including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional verification or shipping charges may apply as specified at checkout.

  • Aura by Noureraya is not responsible for any failed transactions or bank-side technical errors.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The "Aura by Noureraya™" name, logo, jewelry designs, and website content are the sole property of the brand and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or "passing off" of our designs will lead to legal action in accordance with Indian IP laws.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

  • 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Warranty: This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects in the plating. It does not cover damage caused by negligence, exposure to corrosive chemicals (perfumes/chlorine), or accidental breakage.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product.

7. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You are prohibited from using the site to:

  • Upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the IT Act, 2000.

  • Interfere with the security features of the website.

  • Use the jewelry designs for commercial resale without a written wholesale agreement.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

10. Modification of Terms

Aura by Noureraya™ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
