1. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience fee may apply to COD orders, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
2. Delivery Timelines

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it is meticulously packed and dispatched from our in-house studio within 3–4 business days.

Transit Time:

Metros & Major Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 5–7 business days depending on the location.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your package in real-time.
3. The "Unboxing Video" Requirement
To protect your purchase against transit damage or missing items, we require an Unboxing Video:

What to do: Start recording before you open the courier seal.

Why: This video serves as essential proof to process immediate replacements or claims for damaged or incorrect items.

Without a Video: Claims for missing or damaged products may not be entertained without a clear, continuous unboxing video.
4. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the outer packaging appears heavily damaged, crushed, or the security seal is broken at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package.

Immediately notify us at hello@aurabynoureraya.com with your Order ID so we can arrange a fresh shipment for you.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To ensure a smooth delivery, our courier partners may call you to verify your availability before delivery.

Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery, as courier agents do not always carry change.
6. Address Changes & Undelivered Orders

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Aura by Noureraya™ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

Failed Delivery: Our partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is returned to us after 3 failed attempts, the order will be cancelled. Re-shipping may incur additional costs.
