Returns & Exchanges: The Aura Promise
At Aura by Noureraya™, we want you to be as radiant as your jewelry. If your piece isn't a perfect fit, our policy is designed to get you exactly what you need with zero hassle.
1. The Essentials

7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Luxury Sets: Due to their intricate, hand-finished nature, Luxury Sets must be reported for return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

The "Golden Rule": To be eligible, items must be unused, untampered, and returned in their original Aura packaging with all jewelry tags intact.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To ensure your request is tracked accurately, we only accept applications through your online account.

Log In: Access your account on the Aura by Noureraya website.

Request: Select your order and choose "Return" or "Exchange."

Pickup: We provide Free Doorstep Pickup for all orders within India.

Proof: Please keep the pickup receipt provided by the courier; this is your essential proof of return.
Aura Tip: We strongly recommend recording a quick unboxing video upon delivery. This allows our team to resolve any issues regarding damaged or missing items instantly.
3. Damages & Defects
If your package arrives damaged or the security seal appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us at hello@aurabynoureraya.com immediately. We will arrange a priority replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund & Exchange Details

Refunds: Once our quality team inspects the item (usually within 4–7 business days of receipt), we will process your refund.

Prepaid Orders: Credited back to your original payment method.

COD Orders: Processed via Bank Transfer (you will be asked to provide bank details during the return request).

Exchanges: You may exchange a piece for a similar item (subject to availability). We ship your replacement within 5–7 business days of inspecting the original.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for exchange only.
5. Important Exceptions
To maintain our boutique quality standards, the following are not eligible for return/exchange:

Customized Pieces: Any jewelry personalized or custom-made for you is a final sale.

Bundle Offers: For "Buy 1 Get 1" or "Buy 2 Get 1" promotions, the entire set must be returned. We cannot accept partial returns on promotional bundles.

Gift Boxes: These are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Post-Delivery Damage: Items showing wear, scratches, or physical damage caused after delivery will be sent back to the customer.
6. Cancellation Policy
Aura by Noureraya™ reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inventory errors). In such cases, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund to your original payment source.
